Apprentice CarpenterJob Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Apprentice Carpenter to join our construction team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in carpentry through hands-on experience across a wide range of residential projects.
You’ll work directly alongside experienced carpenters, learning proper techniques, jobsite safety, and quality workmanship while developing skills in both structural and finish carpentry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters with framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks
- Work on residential projects including:
- Finish carpentry
- Home additions and garages
- Deck construction
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Flooring installation
- Window and exterior door installation
- Siding and roofing
- Minor drywall repair
- Framing
- Perform demolition, site prep, and material handling
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Assist with trim, cabinetry, and finishing work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in carpentry
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $18.50-$30.00 per hour
