Medak & Kin Moving Inc. is a growing family-owned moving company based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Packers/Movers to join our team as we begin operations and grow our client base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, helping people, and working in different environments each day. Responsibilities - Safely pack, wrap, load, and unload household and commercial items - Handle furniture and belongings with care and professionalism - Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture when required - Use moving equipment safely (dollies, straps, blankets, ramps, etc.) - Maintain clean and organized trucks and work areas - Follow company safety procedures and lifting techniques - Provide friendly and respectful customer service to clients - Work efficiently as part of a team Qualifications Required - Legally eligible to work in Canada - Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly - Reliable transportation to and from work sites - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Dependable, punctual, and professional - Willingness to work in varying weather conditions Preferred (Not Mandatory) - Previous moving, warehouse, labour, delivery, or construction experience - Customer service experience - Valid driver’s licence - First Aid/CPR or WHMIS certification Position Details - Casual/on-call to start, with opportunity for increased hours as business grows - Competitive hourly wage based on experience - Flexible scheduling - Opportunity for advancement within the company What We Value - Respect - Reliability - Professionalism - Positive attitude - Strong work ethic - Care for clients and their belongings If you’re motivated, dependable, and ready to grow with a new local company, we’d love to hear from you.
