We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Facial + Full Body Waxing Instructor to join our beauty education team. This role involves teaching students the art and techniques of facial treatments and full-body waxing in a professional and supportive environment. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction on facial treatments and full-body waxing techniques
- Demonstrate proper procedures, safety protocols, and best practices to students
- Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills and confidence
- Ensure all training complies with industry standards and safety regulations
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages questions, participation, and professional growth
- Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques in skincare and waxing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facial treatments and full-body waxing within a professional setting
- Classroom experience or teaching background is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct students of varying skill levels
- Knowledge of safety standards, sanitation practices, and industry regulations
- Passion for education and helping others succeed in their careers
- Certification or licensing in skincare or cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and foster a supportive learning environment
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
