General Manager – Domino's Pizza

We're looking for an energetic, results-driven General Manager to lead one of our Domino's Pizza locations. If you're passionate about developing people, delivering outstanding customer service, and running a high-performing business, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Manage daily store operations, including food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure all Domino's standards, food safety, and health regulations are consistently met.
- Control labor, food, and operating costs while maximizing sales and profitability.
- Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure every customer has a great experience.
- Monitor inventory, place product orders, and minimize waste.
- Analyze store performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and operational goals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant or retail management experience (pizza or quick-service experience is an asset).
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience managing budgets, labor, and inventory.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
