Location/Address: 818 Jones Road, Kenora, ON and Field Sites
Hours of Work: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; hours can be flexible but must be consistent)
Wage: $44-$55/hr - based on experience
Signing Bonus/Relocation Reimbursement available depending on qualifications
Position Overview:
Titan Heavy Repair is seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanics to support both shop and field operations. This role is ideal for mechanics who take pride in high-quality work, safety, and professionalism while servicing a wide range of heavy equipment and trucks. Apprentices will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and repair heavy equipment in both shop and field settings
· Perform maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
· Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate findings clearly
· Follow all safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Represent Titan Heavy Repair professionally with customers and vendors
Qualifications:
· Heavy Duty Mechanic Red Seal Certification (asset)
· CWB welding certification (asset)
· Ability to understand and execute written and verbal instructions
· Strong safety focus and team orientation
· Apprentices may be considered
· Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
