The Career Foundation on May 28, 2026, is hosting a job fair for a variety of exciting summer camp and youth program positions with TAC Sports across the GTA! We are looking for energetic, reliable, and engaging individuals who are passionate about working with children and youth in fun, active, and supportive environments.
Important Note: Successful candidates will be placed in camps closer to their place of residence. TAC/LSA Sports operates out of 16 locations across GTA.

Position Details
* Full-time contract positions from June 1 – end of September
* Opportunity for continued part-time work before and after summer for selected candidates
* Pay: Minimum wage – $24/hour (depending on position and experience)
* Locations: Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Whitby, Newmarket, Aurora, Thornhill, Markham, and Mississauga
* Placement near home location where possible
What We’re Looking For
* Passion for working with children and youth
* Energetic, professional, and positive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in coaching, camps, teaching, recreation, sports, STEM, aquatics, or related fields is an asset
* First Aid/CPR and Vulnerable Sector Check are considered strong assets for many positions
Position-Specific Requirements
Some positions require additional certifications or experience, including:
* Lifesaving & Aquatics Instructor: National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications required
* STEM Instructor: Strong STEM background and experience working with children preferred
* Fashion & Design Sewing Instructor: Sewing/fashion experience preferred
* Cooking & Nutrition Instructor: Experience in cooking and nutrition preferred
* Sports Coaching Positions: Experience playing or coaching sports is an asset
Hiring Event Information
Selected candidates will be invited to attend the TAC Sports, Swim, and STEM Hiring Event. Candidates should be prepared to participate in a short interactive activity or lesson demonstration related to the position they apply for.
