Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic or Equipment Dismantler Yard Person to join our team in Medicine Hat. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver quality parts and excellent service to our customers. The successful candidate will contribute to our ongoing success by maintaining and dismantling equipment efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Dismantle and inspect agricultural and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove parts accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory management of dismantled parts.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.
- Support team members in daily operations.
- Perform routine maintenance on dismantling tools and equipment.
- Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge related to agricultural or construction equipment.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in equipment dismantling is an asset.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.
