Wild Mountain Wellness Collective is a growing multidisciplinary practice located in the heart of Penticton, British Columbia. With an established counselling practice and a strong referral network throughout the South Okanagan, we are expanding our team and are looking for wellness practitioners who want to build and grow their practice within a collaborative, client centred environment.
Whether you are launching your private practice, relocating an established one, or looking to become part of a supportive professional community, we provide the space, administrative support, referrals, and resources so you can focus on what you do best, caring for your clients.

About the Role
As an independent contractor, you will provide services within your professional scope of practice while maintaining the independence of your own practice.
You will have the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you while building your caseload with the support of our established referral network and administrative team. Depending on your profession, there may also be opportunities to facilitate workshops, educational events, wellness groups, or community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
Applicants should:
- Hold the registration, certification, or licensing required for their profession.
- Be in good standing with their professional regulatory body or association, where applicable.
- Carry professional liability insurance.
- Maintain any required business licensing, GST registration, and WorkSafeBC coverage applicable to their profession.
- Reside in the South Okanagan or have plans to relocate.
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and ethical practice.
- Maintain accurate client documentation.
- Be comfortable using JaneApp for scheduling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment space.
