This position of skilled labourer will perform tasks involving installation of waterproofing system, water & sanitary services and physical labor. If you are motivated by a challenge and enjoy a variety of duties in your day, this position is for you. Flexibility is the nature of the business.

Responsibilities
- Perform installation of waterproofing system and other manual labour as directed by supervisor
- Skill in the use of hand tools is required
- Ability to operate power tools
- Perform all necessary maintenance, keeping the equipment/tools/vehicles in a safe, clean and tidy condition, perform daily circle checks and reporting defects and, if necessary, small repairs in a prescribed manner
- Drive and back up a small dump truck with a trailer
- Experience installing storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water line is considered an asset
- Perform all tasks to eliminate possible hazards
- Heavy Lifting will be required
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Other duties as requested by Supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years previous construction experience
- A valid driver’s license and a clean Drivers' Abstract
- Must possess mechanical aptitude, an understanding of the Highway Traffic Act and knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Experience using hand tools and operating small machines
- Proficient time management skills and flexibility in adjusting between a variety of duties.
- Ability to work as a Team as well as independently
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to work long hours in various weather conditions; (shifts start at 7AM start and run Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday's)
- Unrestricted Lifting Ability
- Punctual and Reliable
