Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master Electrician Supervisor to lead electrical projects and our crew of electricians in our Modular Construction Plant.
This position requires a valid Master Electrician license.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive electrical experience, including blueprint reading and schematics interpretation, and will be responsible for safety compliance, overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex projects requiring technical expertise and leadership in electrical systems.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a crew of workers on electrical installations in new modular builds
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute projects accurately
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage systems, power distribution units, and control panels
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and and team members to coordinate tasks effectively
- Conduct inspections to identify potential electrical hazards or system malfunctions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior electricians, apprentices and labourers
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed for compliance and record-keeping purposes
Skills
- Proven expertise in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical system design
- Extensive experience as an industrial electrician with a strong understanding of construction environments
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and control wiring
- Ability to read technical schematics accurately and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to high-voltage systems and construction sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid license as a Master Electrician with relevant certifications in electrical safety standards

Pay: $35.00-$37.00 per hour
