We are seeking a dedicated and ethical Associate Dentist to join our well-established dental practice in a welcoming rural Alberta community, located approximately 3 hours from Edmonton. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced dentists and new graduates. Mentorship and ongoing clinical support are available to help you develop your skills and succeed in your role.
Position Details
- Position: Full-Time Associate Dentist (DDS)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract
- Schedule: Day Shifts
- Location: Rural Alberta (approximately 3 hours from Edmonton)
- Compensation: Competitive associate fee with earning potential of up to 45%, based on experience
- Production: Approximate monthly production of $50,000–$60,000
- Future Opportunity: Potential for partnership or buy-in

Qualifications
- DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or equivalent degree
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta (CDSA)

- Willingness to commute or relocate to a rural Alberta community
