What you’ll bring:

2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
-
Ability to manage shifts, including daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning
-
Commitment to creating memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations

Understanding of flavors, aromas, and food ingredients
-
Focus on product quality and restaurant cleanliness
-
Ability to perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment

Confidence managing on-the-fly requests with ease and poise

Familiarity with POS systems

Strong coaching, leadership, and team development skills

Drive for continuous improvement

Residence within a commutable distance of Vancouver
