About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labour Associates to join our warehouse team. This role involves handling packages in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and move packages within the warehouse
- Perform repetitive lifting of packages up to 50 lbs or more
- Assist with package scanning, sorting, and staging for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required (training provided)
- Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse or general labour experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CSA-approved safety shoes required
- No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor
