Residential Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail at every job site.

Responsibilities
● Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes using company-approved methods, products, and equipment.
● Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, windows, and other assigned areas to company standards.
● Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all required surfaces.
● Make beds, empty garbage, and replenish supplies as required.
● Safely move light furniture and household items as needed to complete cleaning tasks.
● Properly use and care for cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
● Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
● Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards observed at client properties.
● Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients.
● Provide exceptional customer service while respecting clients’ homes, belongings, and privacy.
● Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
● Support fellow team members as needed to ensure all scheduled work is completed to company standards.
Requirements
● Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
● Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
● Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Must have reliable transportation to the designated meeting location or company premises. A personal vehicle is not required.
● A satisfactory Police Record Check is a mandatory condition of employment due to the nature of working in clients’ homes.
● Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
● Dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining regular attendance.

● This is not a typical Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. position.
● Work hours are not flexible and are based entirely on client schedules and operational needs.
● Shifts may begin early in the morning, finish in the evening, and may be longer than a standard workday.
● Employees must be available to work the full scheduled shift and adapt to varying start and finish times.
● Overtime may be required based on business demands.
Important Expectations
Reliability, honesty, professionalism, and integrity are essential requirements of this position. Employees are expected to report to the designated meeting location on time for every scheduled shift, follow company policies and procedures, maintain a positive attitude, and consistently perform work to our quality standards.
Cleaning is physically demanding and requires initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, and respect for clients’ homes and belongings. Team members are expected to work productively throughout each shift, support one another, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
This position is for dependable and trustworthy individuals only. Excessive absenteeism, repeated lateness, frequent last-minute cancellations, failure to report for scheduled shifts, dishonesty, theft, or any pattern of unreliability will not be tolerated. Employment may be terminated immediately, where permitted by law, if these expectations are not met.
