Permanent Full-Time Position
Our client is currently hiring an AZ Driver / Yard driver for a leading steel company in Welland. This is an excellent opportunity for AZ-licensed drivers looking to gain flatbed experience, as full in-house training will be provided.

- Increase to $28.65/hour upon successful completion of training

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with yard operations, material handling, and load preparation
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport steel products
- Learn flatbed operations through company-provided training
- Secure loads in accordance with company and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials in the yard
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
- Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid AZ Driver's Licence
- Flatbed experience is not required
- Willingness to learn and participate in in-house training
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
- Yard arrival at 4:00 AM
- Routes typically begin between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM
- Typical shifts are 8–10 hours per day
- Approximately 44 hours per week
