Job Title: Night Auditor
Location: Leamington / Kingsville

Shift: Night Shift (Start: 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM | End: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $17.60/hour (performance review after 4 weeks with potential increase)
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working overnight shifts while managing front desk operations and basic accounting responsibilities to ensure smooth hotel operations and excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Handle reservations, cancellations, room assignments, and modifications
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist with group arrivals/departures and provide local information
- Perform night audit duties including transaction reconciliation, balancing cash, and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate guest records and room availability updates
- Answer phone calls, relay messages, and manage wake-up requests
- Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Complete basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks when required
Technical Skills
Experience using multi-line phone systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and bookkeeping
Familiarity with Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and online booking tools
Compensation & Benefits
