FOH Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive;
- Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested;
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members;
- Serve food and beverages;
- Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses;
- Collect payment from customers in a timely manner;
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experiences;
- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
-Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 3:00 am)
BOH Responsibilities:
- Prepare enough dried goods, meat, frozen items, mushrooms and vegetables for next shift;
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations;
- Refill sauce bar, clean sauce bar surfaces and change sauce containers;
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the manager.
- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
-Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:30 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
