Key Responsibilities:
- * Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- * Manage and organize email inboxes
- * Respond to emails and follow up as needed
- * Pay bills and manage recurring payments/accounts
- * Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar management
- * Open, sort, and organize incoming mail
- * File, scan, and organize paperwork and important documents
- * Maintain digital records and administrative systems
- * Assist with personal errands and executive support tasks
- * Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- * Track deadlines, appointments, and important follow-ups
- * General administrative support to help streamline day-to-day operations
We are looking for someone who is:

- * Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- * Comfortable handling confidential information

- * Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- * Previous administrative assistant, executive assistant, or personal assistant experience is an asset
