Job Duties:
- Training and managing a staff of fewer than 10 per shift
- Opening and closing facility
- General cleaning
- Financial responsibilities, such as reconciling the till and making deposits
- Manage productivity, including setting staff performance goals and objectives
- Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
