THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our Shipping team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities, supporting our team of drivers, and ensuring materials and deliveries are executed efficiently. You will act as a key point of communication between drivers, production teams, field teams, and customers to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Create and coordinate daily work schedules and procedures for the team of drivers
-
Plan, organize, and communicate shipping priorities to ensure timely deliveries
-
Issue detailed shipping instructions and provide clear direction to drivers
-
Monitor and follow up on shipments to confirm accurate and successful delivery
-
Act as the main point of contact for shipping-related questions or concerns from employees, customers, and field teams

Resolve delivery issues, scheduling conflicts, and operational concerns in a timely manner

Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Field Operations, and other internal departments to support project requirements

Order and maintain necessary supplies, materials, and equipment required for shipping operations
-
Maintain accurate shipping documentation, records, and reports
-
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, communication, and efficiency
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
-
Previous experience in logistics, shipping, dispatch coordination, transportation, or a related field preferred
-
Experience coordinating drivers, deliveries, schedules, or field operations considered an asset

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to support internal teams and external customers

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally

Basic Microsoft Excel skills required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

BASE SALARY RANGE
$20.00 to $25.00 Hourly rate
