Hwaro Korean BBQ is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Full-Time Server to join our growing team.
As a server, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in delivering excellent hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Explain our Korean BBQ concept and menu items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Monitor tables, refill beverages, and ensure guests have everything they need.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is required.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- English and French required.
