Compensation
Typical compensation range: $100,000–$180,000+ per year
Higher compensation may be available for candidates with strong leadership experience, proven performance, OEM brand experience, or a history of building and developing high-performing sales teams.

Experience & Qualifications
Required:
- Automotive dealership sales management experience
- Strong leadership and team development ability
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and accountability
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales process
- Valid driver’s licence
- Organized, professional, and self-motivated approach
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Strong Assets:
- 3+ years of sales and/or managerial experience
- Dealership experience
- Experience hiring, training, leading, and mentoring sales staff
- Experience with CRM systems and modern lead management
- Strong understanding of inventory strategy and customer retention
Core Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Monitor sales process, customer experience, and team accountability
- Assist with deal structure, negotiations, and closing support when required
- Train and develop sales staff to improve consistency and performance
- Maintain strong communication with ownership, management, finance, and service departments
- Support lead management, follow-up, and CRM processes
- Help maintain a professional, customer-focused dealership culture
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards
- Represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity
