Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every order
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding serving, food handling, and safety protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or as a line cook is mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with food service operations, including cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety practices and sanitation requirements
