Promote our company's value proposition to HVAC contractors & Builders by providing business and technical solutions. Build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships with assigned accounts—position renewable service agreements as a foundation of managed account relationships. Execute the sales process to aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships and in seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. Effectively utilize the various tools, systems and resources at your disposal in the pursuit of closing business.
Build partnering relationships with the owner or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of our offerings. Address customer's objectives, needs and requirements. Recommend solutions and link customer objectives to total value solution and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in HVAC-R distribution company
- More than 5 years of experience
- Technical experience in refrigeration
•Refrigeration trade school training (asset)
- Strong technical and Refrigeration products sales knowledge
- Strong time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong written & oral communication skills
