The Job!
As a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting assigned sales territories in partnership with an Account Manager. You will:
- Manage incoming orders and coordinate timely processing of customer requests and product samples
- Proactively connect with customers by phone and email to share updates, recommend solutions, and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and organize sales support materials, including presentations, pricing tools, and product information
- Distribute regular territory communications and promotional updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure account information remains current
- Respond promptly to pricing inquiries, order status questions, and service-related concerns
- Provide full sales support coverage during Account Manager absences
- Identify and research potential markets and prospects within the assigned territory
- Assist with sales quoting, rebate summaries, and internal reporting as required
- Collaborate cross-functionally, including occasional support with collections and administrative tasks
What you bring to the job
You are someone who is comfortable engaging customers by phone, email, and virtual presentations. You come with:
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong spoken and written communication skills
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in sales coordination, customer success, or inside sales support
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general business systems
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Background supporting product-based sales, particularly regulated or technical product lines is an asset
- Experience working within a close-knit or entrepreneurial business setting
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
