What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and create an exceptional service experience
- Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Present maintenance recommendations using digital tools (photos/videos)
- Follow up on approvals and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and CSI targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous dealership or automotive service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to upsell ethically through education and transparency
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive to win
- Comfortable using dealership management systems
- Valid driver’s license
