Job Description
We’re currently hiring a part-time barista to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in specialty coffee who’s excited to grow their skills. You’ll work in a detail-oriented, quality-driven environment with a supportive team that values consistency, hospitality, and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso and hand-brewed coffee and tea drinks (including pour-overs)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow recipes and standards while remaining open to feedback and improvement
Qualifications
- Barista experience is required
- Interest in specialty coffee and a desire to learn more
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Team-oriented and communicative
- Availability to work multiple shifts per week, including mornings and weekends
- Must have availability going into the Fall
