RE/MAX Rental Pros is expanding into the Victoria market and we're looking for an experienced, licensed property manager to lead this chapter. This is not a start-from-scratch position, you'll be backed by a full support team including marketing, accounting, and maintenance coordination. Your foundation in property management comes first. Business development is a secondary priority that we'll build together over time.
Property management
Your primary focus
- Onboard and manage owner clients with support from head office
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections to a professional standard
- Communicate proactively with owners on portfolio performance
- Ensure all agreements are compliant, accurate, and executed correctly
- Coordinate maintenance requests through our dedicated support team
- Operate our property management software independently
Business development
Built together over time
- Build relationships with local realtors, mortgage brokers, and investors
- Attend community and networking events to grow our presence in Victoria
- Contribute to a joint marketing and growth plan developed with leadership
- Identify referral opportunities through owner and tenant interactions
- Represent the RE/MAX Rental Pros brand with professionalism in the market

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The right person for this role is grounded, professional, and genuinely cares about the owners and tenants they serve. You bring real property management experience and a valid BCFSA licence. You're comfortable working with established systems and value being part of a team that has your back.
Must have
- Valid BCFSA licence (Rental Property Management)
- Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of BC tenancy legislation and compliance
- Professional communication with owners and tenants
- Organized and detail-oriented work style
Nice to have
- Experience with property management software
- Existing network in the Victoria real estate community
- Comfort with client-facing business development activities
- Experience working within a team-based office model
