We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Freelance Website Manager to oversee and improve our WordPress website. This role will work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure the website remains up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with our marketing and sales objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong WordPress expertise with experience in Zoho CRM and Zoho Sales Platform integrations, and can serve as a trusted partner in managing our digital presence. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain our WordPress website, ensuring it is secure, functional, and up-to-date. * Implement website content updates, new pages, landing pages, and design enhancements. * Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to support campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives. * Monitor website performance, uptime, user experience, and SEO best practices. * Maintain and optimize integrations between the website and Zoho applications, including CRM and sales tools. * Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with hosting providers or third-party vendors as needed. * Manage plugins, themes, updates, backups, and website security. * Create and maintain web forms, lead capture processes, and automated workflows. * Track website analytics and provide recommendations for improving traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. * Ensure website content, forms, and user journeys support lead generation and sales processes. Required Qualifications * Proven experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites. * Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, hosting environments, and website security. * Hands-on experience with **Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms, or related Zoho applications**. * Experience integrating websites with CRM and marketing automation platforms. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting. * Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with marketing and business teams. * Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization. * Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools. * Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation. * Graphic design or web design skills are an asset. * Experience supporting B2B organizations.
