Our client, a leading service and installation organization is looking to hire Millwrights/Mechanical Installers/Mechanical Assemblers/Aircraft Assemblers/Welders on a project basis. This is a day shift role offering excellent working experience. In this position, you will learn how to install and assemble mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Must be safety oriented.
- Ability to perform mechanical assembly of equipment and mechanical systems such as conveyors.
- Machinery troubleshooting
- Layout principles
- Accurately Blueprint reading.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge and experience with machine tools
- Operate hand tools safely.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, as heavy lifting is required.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Millwright, Mechanical Assembler, Aircraft Assembler, Tool and Die Maker, Welder and other mechanical trades are all considered.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be Available to Start Immediately
- Must have own hand tools
- Must have valid Working at Heights
- Must have valid Elevated Work Platform
