We’re hiring a dependable Residential Cleaning Team Lead to support our growing weekday team. This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner who enjoys leading by example and maintaining high-quality standards in every home.
Pay: $25–$26/hourSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning
- Lead and support team members on job sites
- Ensure company standards and quality expectations are met
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Requirements
- Residential cleaning experience required
- Leadership experience an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Reliable transportation to pick up work car
- Ability to pass a background check
