Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pop-up Store Manager/Sales Associate to lead and manage temporary retail locations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Duties
- Manage all aspects of the pop-up store, including merchandising, and store setup
- Drive sales through effective customer service, negotiation, and upselling techniques
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase store visibility
- Maintain organized records of sales, and administrative documentation if any.
- Ensure the pop up store adheres to safety standards and maintains a clean, welcoming environment
Experience
- Strong background in merchandising, sales management, and customer service
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
