- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and quickly
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and boost sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across food prep areas, dining spaces, and workstations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring a tidy environment for both customers and staff
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience working in retail or grocery stores involving cashiering or serving is advantageous
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
