About the Position
Freebridge Cleaning Services is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaners to join our growing team. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing short-term rental properties to hotel-quality standards between guest checkouts. Cleaners must be efficient, dependable, and capable of completing multiple units per day while maintaining excellent quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform turnover cleaning for Airbnb and vacation rental properties.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Change and make beds according to property requirements.
- Restock guest supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items.
- Take and submit completion photos after each cleaning.
- Follow detailed property checklists and cleaning procedures.
- Ensure units are guest-ready before check-in deadlines.
RequirementsMandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional hotel or Airbnb experience.
- Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a smartphone with internet access.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Availability
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Flexible availability during peak tourism and holiday seasons.
- Ability to accept same-day or short-notice assignments when needed.
Performance Expectations
- Ability to clean and prepare 2–3 Airbnb units per day while maintaining quality standards.
- Consistently meet check-in deadlines.
- Maintain a high attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and client expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or resort cleaning.
- Experience using cleaning checklists and inspection systems.
- Knowledge of stain removal, linen handling, and property staging.

Compensation

Only candidates who meet the vehicle, experience, and weekend availability requirements will be considered.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
