On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Marketing Manager - Job Description:
We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious Marketer to help bring the Everyday Banking Marketing team to the next level. The role involves defining and developing marketing campaign strategies to strengthen the Everyday Banking acquisition portfolio, maximize revenue, and optimize the customer experience.
Marketing Manager - Responsibilities:
- Define and develop marketing campaign strategies.
- Work collaboratively on the strategic development, execution, and measurement of advertising and communications campaigns.
- Provide direction for media and creative development.
- Oversee the development of advertising, promotional, and communications material.
- Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver business objectives.
- Ensure consistency across marketing channels, media, and platforms.
- Develop monitoring and tracking plans for advertising initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and governance.
- Exercise judgment to solve problems and propose new solutions.
- Take measured risks while applying the Risk Management Framework.
Marketing Manager - Mandatory Skills:
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project management.
- Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry.
- In-depth verbal & written communication skills.
- In-depth collaboration & team skills.
- In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
Marketing Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Advertising and/or creative agency experience.
- Influence skills.
Marketing Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
