Our client is a well-established, mid-sized manufacturing company is looking for a Skilled General Labourer/Driver to join their team in Mississauga. This is a great opportunity to work with a passionate team in a clean, modern facility.
Your Responsibilities
- Quality control of parts received and shipped
- Remove excess and unwanted materials from metal parts
- Polish metal products and immerse them in a cleaning solution
- Assist other departments as required
- Sort metal sheets and parts
- Deliver to client locations as per the business needs
Our Offer
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00
- Full-time, permanent position
- Mon to Fri, Day shift position
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Benefits package after 3 months
Our Requirements
- Experience using a pneumatic nail gun and miter saw
- G license is mandatory
- Experience in a logistics environment
- Experience with using Microsoft Office and Logistics planning software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to multitask
- Fabrication environment experience (an asset)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
