Sales Consultant - Professional Salon Industry
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the beauty and salon industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team in the professional salon industry, representing some of the most esteemed brands in the market, including Davines, Eufora, Rica, Verso, and Sachajuan.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by prospecting
new accounts, promoting our exclusive Davines, Eufora, Rica, Verso, and Sachajuan brands, nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships, and introducing exciting new products to the salon market.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting New Accounts: Utilize your sales expertise to identify potential clients and
forge strong business partnerships. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, untapped opportunities, and target areas for brand promotion.
2. Promoting Metro Beauty Brands: Showcase the unique selling points and exceptional
quality of our exclusive brands to potential customers. Your in-depth knowledge of each brand will be essential in establishing their value within the professional salon community.
3. Maintaining and Growing Existing Customers: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our valued existing clients, providing personalized service and support to ensure their ongoing loyalty and satisfaction.
4. Introducing New Products: Drive excitement and demand for new product launches from Davines, Eufora, Rica, Verso, Sachajuan and brands in our repertoire by effectively
communicating their features and benefits to salon professionals.
5. Sales Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales data, performance metrics, and market trends. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and achieve targeted growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or salon industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of professional salon products.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for the beauty industry.

Pay: $38,059.51-$70,000.00 per year
