Warehouse Associate / Production Support
Polar Bear Ice has been one of Western Canada’s leading ice manufacturers for over 30 years. With the recent expansion of our new production facility in Surrey, BC, we are currently hiring multiple Warehouse Associates to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and reliable individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, and production. No experience is required — training will be provided to candidates who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with daily warehouse and ice production operations
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks and organizing inventory
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery
- Managing shipping and receiving processes
- Sorting pallets, materials, and products within the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assisting with deliveries and customer service when required
- Conducting basic equipment inspections and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
- Supporting the production team during busy periods and helping meet operational deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or logistics experience is an asset but not required
- Forklift or heavy equipment experience is preferred
- Ability to repeatedly lift 26 lb bags throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible schedule and ability to assist during peak production periods
- Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills are considered an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
