Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store management team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Support sales management efforts by actively engaging with customers to promote products and drive sales.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting purposes.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor new staff members, including conducting interviews and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or store management is preferred.
- Proven ability to sell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations.
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

This position is a full time position and requires open availability. It involves working day shifts, evening shifts (until 1 AM), and working weekends.
