Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Plan, run, and improve paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and display networks.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns that connect with customers and encourage them to take action.
- Perform market comparison reviews
- Use automation tools to send the right messages to customers at the right time.
- Plan budgets for campaigns and make sure every dollar is spent wisely.
- Write compelling and clear ad copy for paid ads, emails, and website content.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track results and spot opportunities.
- Analyze campaign data to understand what’s working and make improvements.
- Test new ideas with A/B testing to improve ads, emails, and calls-to-action.
- Support other marketing activities and tasks as needed, including but not limited to promotions, events, and content updates.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in marketing or related fields.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- At least 3 years of experience running online advertising and email marketing campaigns.
- Strong skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising tools.
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
- Able to analyze campaign results and make data-driven improvements.
- Skilled at writing ads, emails, and website content that are clear and engaging.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to reach customers.
- A team player who collaborates, shares ideas, and works well with others.
- Event coordination, set-up and attendance may be required.
- Must be able to work independently.
