Position Overview
Aroh Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Jr. Interior Sign Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, travel, and working in a professional customer-focused environment.

The successful candidate will assist with the installation of interior and exterior signage systems while ensuring all work meets Aroh standards, accessibility requirements, and customer expectations.
This position requires professionalism, adaptability, accountability, and strong attention to detail, as installations often take place in active healthcare, retirement, and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install interior AODA-compliant wayfinding signage and exterior signage as required
- Read and follow installation plans, layouts, and project specifications
- Work closely with the Client Experience Team and Senior Installer to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
- Document completed installations through photos and installation reports
- Represent Aroh Inc. professionally and positively while interacting with customers onsite
- Assist with onsite problem-solving and adapt to changing site conditions when required
- Learn and follow regional building, fire, and safety code requirements
- Ensure all tools, materials, and work areas remain organized and clean
- Identify and report site deficiencies, installation issues, or project changes
- Take ownership of installation quality, organization, and project outcomes
- Assist with general installation tasks as needed under the direction of the Senior Installer
- Travel to installation locations across Ontario and occasionally outside the local region
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction-related equipment
- Strong understanding of construction methods, mounting hardware, and installation techniques
- Ability to read measurements accurately and maintain high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt onsite
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and working on active job sites
- Organized and able to maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office programs
Travel Requirements
Travel is a required part of this role and is not limited to local installations. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and occasional overnight stays depending on project schedules.
