Rope Access Technician – Exterior Maintenance

Out of Reach Services Inc. is a rapidly growing exterior maintenance company seeking friendly, hardworking, and reliable Rope Access Technicians to join our team.
We specialize in servicing low- to high-rise buildings and are looking for individuals with IRATA or SPRAT certification, ideally with experience in property maintenance.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality exterior maintenance services on residential and commercial buildings
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely
- Communicate professionally with clients and other trades
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment
- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service on every job

Experience & Requirements
Required:
- Rope access certification (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Window cleaning experience
Assets (not required but beneficial):
- Pressure washing
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- General property maintenance experience
