Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with office management tools, and be self motivated to complete task on they're own.
Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Sage.
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and administrative tasks to ensure organized record-keeping
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, payables and payroll
- Support clerical duties such as filling out reports, organizing files, and maintaining organizational systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and Sage
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading and filing tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Prior office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and administrative competence
Pay: $750.00-$1,250.00 per week
