We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team.
Position Summary
This hands-on role is responsible for accurately measuring, pouring, filling, and packaging a variety of nail products, including liquids, powders, and gel products. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Measure, pour, and fill gel products, acrylic powders, liquids, and other nail products according to established procedures
- Operate filling and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Label, package, and prepare products for inventory and distribution
- Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency and accuracy
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and production planning as needed
- Assist with general warehouse duties, inventory management, and operational tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions consistently
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or filling experience is an asset but not required
