Program Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Program Manager for an 18 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Program Manager - Job Description:
The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate non-IT based projects, including engineering and product roll-out initiatives. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure project goals are met and technical activities are integrated effectively.
Program Manager - Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Program Manager - Mandatory Skills:

- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and costs
