Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Engage in business development initiatives to expand the company's customer base
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical sales aspects when applicable
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage contacts, and analyze sales data
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and customer needs
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value-added solutions
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to sales growth strategies
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
