Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Aesthetician to join our high-performing team of providers. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast who thrives on delivering visible results through a blend of technical precision and authentic hospitality.

- Deep Clean Extraction facials
- Microneedling
- Dermaplaning as an add-on
- Laser Toning
- Age Spot Removal
- Mole Removal
- Warts / Skin Tags Removal
- Lash Lift / Tint
- Brow Lamination / Tint
Beyond the treatment room, you will serve as a skin educator, guiding clients through personalized home-care regimens and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from consultation to aftercare. If you are a meticulous practitioner committed to clinical excellence and the "glass skin" philosophy, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Specialized Treatments: Deliver high-impact facial protocols tailored to individual skin concerns
- Skin Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses to understand client goals, recommending treatment plans and professional-grade products.
- Sanitization & Safety: Maintain a pristine, medical-grade environment by strictly adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring all equipment is sterilized to the highest standards.
- Housekeeping & closing: laundry, general housekeeping, cleaning, perform daily closing.
- Meeting code standards: completing SOAP notes, internal follow up notes to work with the follow up team.
- Guest Services Support: service checkouts, increase client retention by practicing our sales script and process.
- Retail Advocacy: Enhance the client’s journey by educating them on home-care regimens and upselling curated skincare products to maximize treatment longevity.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Communicate the "OOYU SKIN" philosophy effectively, ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for.
- Active Participation: Commit to professional growth and studio alignment by attending monthly team meetings, 1:1 performance check-ins, and specialized aesthetician training sessions.
- Collaborative Culture: Contribute to a high-energy, positive work environment by supporting teammates and prioritizing collective customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Certification or licensure in aesthetics or cosmetology is required. Previous experience in similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with retail sales, and upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
- A passion for skincare and beauty trends, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
