Store Manager in Scarborough, Ontario
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

This position is for the day shift with typical store hours between:
Monday – Friday - 6:30 AM to 6 PM
Saturday - 8 AM to 5 PM
Sunday - 10 AM to 4 PM
Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company, is hiring immediately for the position of Full-Time Store Manager. Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will use your talents to inspire others to achieve results. You will take on the challenge of running your own store, where you will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
· Opening and closing the Dulux Branch
· Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
· Maintaining Dulux’s high customer service standards for yourself and your team.
· Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership
· Hiring, leading, empowering and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members.
· Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Dulux standards.
Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred.
· Leadership skills including but not limited to training and developing talent.
· Ability to adapt and effectively update or implement new process as needed.
· Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minim of 45 hours required per week.
· Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
