Our busy and modern dental clinic in the heart of Yorkton is excited to welcome a full-time Sterilization/Hygiene Assistant to our team!
Previous experience is an asset, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, positive team. A great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Responsibilities:
~ Process dirty dental instruments through the sterilization centres.
~ General sanitization and sterilization compliance
~ Understanding of practice health and safety requirements
~ Stock Sterilization centre and operatories when supplies are running low.
~ Clean and prepare treatment rooms in accordance with infection control and practice protocols
~ Assist the hygienists with probe charting
Qualifications:
~ Previous experience working with Sterilization an asset but willing to train someone who is detail orientated and eager to learn.
~Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Dispensary Assistant IPC (DENT-1622) would be considered a strong asset; however, we are willing to support the successful candidate with enrollment if needed
