We're looking for a licensed pharmacist to join a well-established community pharmacy team in a full-time Assistant Pharmacy Manager role on Vancouver Island. This is a strong opportunity for a pharmacist who wants to step into a leadership position while still maintaining a hands-on clinical role in a well-supported, patient-focused environment.
The Opportunity
As Assistant Pharmacy Manager, you'll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to support daily operations, clinical care, and team leadership. You'll be actively involved in patient counselling, workflow support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations.
This is a busy but well-structured pharmacy with strong staffing levels and a collaborative team culture.

Schedule: Full-time (weekday and weekend rotation as required)

Prescription Volume
- Variable community pharmacy volume

Compensation & Incentives
